As the global workforce adapts rapidly to the paradigm shift caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, hybrid working solutions have emerged as a promising strategy for balancing remote and in-office work. The implementation of hybrid work models has gained significant attention as firms endeavour to find a harmonious equilibrium between remote and in-office work arrangements. Although these models offer increased flexibility and improved work-life balance, they also introduce novel obstacles. It investigates the necessity of redefining leadership strategies, nurturing a supportive work environment, and ensuring equitable treatment of both remote and in-office employees. This conceptual study centres around the complexities associated with the hybrid working approach. This academic discourse will analyse pertinent theoretical frameworks in organisational studies and their intricate interconnections. The objective of this research is to propose a distinctive framework.
