This article presents an assessment of the leadership qualities of Mian Tufail Muhammad and Qazi Hussain Ahmad, who remained Central Presidents (Ameers) of Jamaat-i-Islami Pakistan from 1972 to 2009. Through a comprehensive analysis, this study aims to evaluate their leadership styles, approaches, and effectiveness within the context of Jamaat-i-Islami's political and social endeavors. Drawing upon historical records, interviews, and scholarly literature, this assessment explores the nuanced qualities and contributions of both the leaders, shedding light on their impact on the party's ideology, organizational structure, and public perception.
