Amidst the protracted Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the Palestinian territories grapple with a myriad of entrenched human rights violations. This paper delves into the critical examination of the United Nations' (UN) role in addressing these pervasive issues. The primary objective is to assess the efficacy of UN mechanisms in documenting and addressing human rights abuses perpetrated within Palestine.
