Abstract

This study aims to highlight the adoption of the idea of ​​green financing and direct it to support green projects through specialized institutions in this field, as it is a modern financing tool that contributes to achieving sustainable development within the framework of the gradual transformation to the green economy, as well as it focuses on one of the important and new topics to preserve On the environment is one of the negative effects left by polluting projects for the environment. It also contributes to the process of developing and developing the current situation without affecting the capabilities and resources of future generations.

The efforts made by the Algerian government in this field are not effective, and are interspersed with many shortcomings, which helps to emerge many challenges that prevent the effective advancement of this type of green projects.
