Impact of Transformational Leadership on Service quality through Leader Member Exchange and role of Team Cohesiveness in Corporate Sector of Pakistan

Abstract
This Study will test the effect of transformational leadership on service quality through
leader member exchange and role of team cohesiveness in corporate sector of Pakistan.
Data was collected from 359 employees, working in different corporate sector of Pakistan
mainly is Rawalpindi and Islamabad. A survey questionnaire was used for collecting data
samples. Results demonstrates that service quality is highly dependent on
transformational leadership (TL) of any project in organization. Similarly, the role of
leader member exchange and team cohesiveness was also established. They both also
play a major role in maintaining and delivering desired service quality. Suggestions and
future research directions are likewise talked about.
