Abstract

Study pointed that the promising directions of clustering of the economic systems of the Volga region, as well as the localization of cluster initiatives in the economic space. The main purpose of this paper aims to present Industrial zones development and Environment protection from hydrocarbon, processed products in volga region. By using statistics, qualitative analysis including synthesis and inductive methods in this paper, this study points that, In the context of the country's economy development, the strong economic transformation has had a positive impact on the transformation of the social life of the province. Volga Region involves many clusters /territories such as (Bashkortostan, Udmurtia, the Republic of Tatarstan, Ulyanovsk Oblast) (Napolskikh, 2021).
